Biography:
Sebastian Roos was born November 30, 1981.
Started his music career with the recorder in the buggy. Then his father put the violin in his hands at the age of 5.
With the great experience of classical music he went on developing in saxophone, playing mainly rock, jazz and fusion but like for so many others the electric guitar won the battle pretty easy at last. He spent many hours in front of the mirror pretending himself to be The Beatles, rockband “Europe” and later on guitar player Yngwie Malmsteen.
Several main roles in musicals at young age like “Threepenny Opera”, “Aspects Of Love” etc. made him very comfortable on stage.
Classical music, theater musicals, pop, rock, sleaze, melodic hardrock and metal keeps him warm and also excellent music from Eurovision Song Contest. In 2003 he competed in the Swedish Eurovision together with the band “Liverpool” with the song “Love Is All” which sold double platina in Sweden.
He is fulltime member in the band Liverpool since 2001 which is the most famous beatle-tributeband around North Europe. Sebastian sings Paul McCartney and plays George Harrison’s lead guitar. Liverpool tour all over Europe and now even Russia.
Numerous performances together with symphony orchestras can you also find in his resume. Often together with conductor Ulf Wadenbrandt.
Along his solo projects Sebastian has also released three albums with the band Shineth and three albums with the band Miss Behaviour. Both in the melodic rock genre. These bands has generated concerts mostly in Great Britain, Germany and Sweden. Frequently played on rock radio stations around the world and topped the charts in many countries.
At home he still plays, with three beloved kids and a strong woman that keeps it all together -and makes the music alive even at home.
This year Sebastian got the opportunity to make himself heard in Belarus with his song “Never Getting Close”, a contribution for the selection in Belarus for Eurovision Song Contest 2019.
A prestigious assignment – this is only the beginning.
